WHAT IS THE NYLB FOUNDATION OF AMERICA
The NYLB Foundation is a non-profit, proactive, grassroots organization committed to raising community awareness of our nations “at risk youth”. In addition we help provide funding assistance to community youth programs working with the general youth population with a goal to take our programs nationwide. and not associated with No Child Left Behind.
MISSION
To help remove the barriers for the underserved, disenfranchised and “at risk youth” while at the same time improving their lives.
VISION
Empowering our youth through education, training, workforce development and community by creating quality human experiences with valuable educational youth programs and activities.
OBJECTIVE
To grow and develop a No Youth Left Behind Foundation Club on college campuses throughout Sacramento, statewide, national and eventually internationally. To network and assist non-profit youth organizations with continuity and additional funding to;
- v Improve Academic Performance
- v Increase awareness of life opportunities
- v Empower youth to manage their financial affairs
- v Provide a safe, secure and nourishing environment for our youth
- v Develop life skills that can be passed on to future generations
